We aim to post your items within 1 week of receiving your order.
Due to the nature of our production and regular one off pieces this may take up to two weeks.
If you’re order is placed between November and December it may take up to three weeks.

If you have a delivery deadline please let us know by emailing contact@christadavis.com and we will try our hardest to meet your request.
Likewise, If your order is not in stock, please email us for availability, or other options which may not appear on our website.

We send our goods with Royal Mail either using next day Special Delivery (with goods valued over £26),
Signed for or First Class depending on their value. The delivery costs are determined by the value of your order..

INTERNATIONAL ORDER AND CUSTOM CHARGES

We ship to all worldwide destinations using a combination of different courier services, depending on the size, weight and destination of the order.
Please note that customers outside of the UK may be required to pay local customs or duty charges; these are not included in your payment to us.

In the case where local import taxes and charges are not paid and the parcel is returned to us, we will be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the parcel from the amount to be re-credited to you. If the parcel is not or cannot be returned due to unpaid local import charges and taxes, no refund will be applicable.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We offer a no-nonsense returns policy, and will happily refund or exchange on all our fully price goods, and an exchange only on sale items.
Should you wish to return your items to us for an exchange or refund, please do so within 14 days of receipt.

In the unlikely event of an item being faulty, we will reimburse the full cost of return 2nd class signed for postage. Do not use couriers we will only reimburse equivalent post office charges.

Postage costs for exchanges and refunds of non-faulty goods are the responsibility of the customer.

All items must be returned in as-new condition. This means they must be unworn and unwashed and as received. Please return the goods with your full details - order number if you have it, and/or, name the order was made in, address, email address, contact telephone number and whether you want an exchange or refund.

We cannot take responsibility for goods that go missing in the post, so please send all returns with insurance to cover the full cost of the item if lost. Please obtain proof of posting. Any returned item must be sent back in the same condition in which it was received, taking care to ensure to pack the items carefully to remove the possibility of damage.
Please note that any outgoing and return postage costs incurred in an exchange or return are at the buyer’s cost. In the case of an international order, local imports costs (taxes and charges) will not be refunded.

OVERSEA RETURNS

Please clearly mark on your parcel (in the customs form) "NO COMMERCIAL VALUE; RETURNED GOODS" - this is to avoid delays and charges at Customs.

Please return any items promptly, using a prepaid, insured, traceable method. Please retain your shipping documentation. Please note that any outgoing and return postage costs incurred in an exchange or return are at the buyer’s cost. In the case of an international order, local imports costs (taxes and charges) will not be refunded.

OVERSEA EXCHANGES

We will send you an invoice for the return postage (to be paid via BAC) and we will send out the replacement item when the payment has been made.

FAULTY GOODS OR GOODS SENT IN ERROR

If you have received any damaged or faulty item, or if your order is wrong or incomplete please let us know at your earliest convenience at contact@christadavis.com and we will rectify the situation.

In case of items received damaged (in transit for example) this must be reported within 24h of receipt.

Please inspect your order before use as we cannot accept any goods damaged in transit once they have been used. Equally where goods received are wrong and do not match what was ordered this must be reported to us on receipt. Any product sent in error or not matching your order must be returned in unused condition if it is to be exchanged.

We will refund your money back to your credit card.

We will refund you within 5 days in receipt of the returned goods.

If we have designed a custom product for you it is not returnable.
